This Privacy Policy explains how Ladder Financial LLC, an entity organized in Utah, doing business as Ladder Financial ("Ladder Financial," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Ladder Financial portal at portal.ladderfinancial.us, the Ladder Financial lead wallet, and related services (the "Services"). The Services are offered to licensed insurance professionals and their businesses in the United States and are not directed to consumers or to anyone under 18.
By creating an account or using the Services you agree to this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Ladder Financial Agent Lead Agreement. The Agent Lead Agreement controls any conflict with this Policy concerning the parties' contractual data rights, privacy, security, and acceptance obligations.
Account and profile information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, mobile number, agency or company name, the states in which you are licensed, your national producer number, and the login credentials you set. We may verify your mobile number with a one-time passcode.
Billing information. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. The processor collects and stores your card or bank details under its own privacy policy; Ladder Financial receives a payment token, the last digits of the payment method, transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment status, and keeps a ledger of your wallet funding, holds, Lead Charges, refills, and corrections.
Delivery preferences and acceptance records. We store the product lines, states, daily caps, delivery destinations, variable-pricing authorizations, and refill settings you choose, and records of your acceptance of our agreements, including the version accepted, timestamp, IP address, and user agent.
Usage and device information. When you use the portal we automatically collect log and device data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and referral information. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the portal is used.
Support communications. When you contact prestonpackardffl@gmail.com or open a support request we keep the messages and related account details.
The Services deliver to you information about consumers who requested information about insurance ("Leads"). A Lead may include the consumer's name, contact details, state, date of birth or age range, the product interest and answers the consumer provided, and consent evidence such as the time, page, and form of the request. Ladder Financial obtains Leads from lead-sourcing, verification, and consent-evidence suppliers. Each party acts as an independent controller or business for Personal Data it determines how and why to process. To the extent Ladder Financial processes Agent Data solely on Agent's documented instructions to provide a configured feature, Ladder Financial acts as Agent's processor or service provider and will not use that Agent Data for an unrelated purpose except as permitted by law. Section 9 of the Agent Lead Agreement governs the parties' contractual data rights, privacy, and security obligations.
We use the information described above to create and secure your account; verify your identity and licensing details; process payments and maintain your wallet ledger; deliver Leads and notifications according to your preferences; forward Leads to destinations you connect; provide support; measure and improve the reliability and performance of the Services; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; enforce our agreements; and comply with law. Essential operational notices about your account, wallet balance, security, and agreement changes may continue through available account channels. Optional delivery notifications follow your notification settings. Text messages remain subject to the SMS preferences and STOP instructions in Section 5.
We share information only as described here. Service providers: hosting and infrastructure, the payment processor, email and text delivery providers, lead-sourcing, verification, and consent-evidence suppliers, analytics, and security vendors, each limited to the services they perform for us. Destinations you connect: when you connect a CRM, calendar, webhook, or other integration, we send Lead and delivery data to it at your direction, and the third party's own privacy practices apply. Legal and safety: to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ladder Financial, our customers, consumers, or others. Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to customary confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send delivery notifications and account alerts by text. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Marketing emails, if any, include an unsubscribe link. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep account, acceptance, billing, wallet-ledger, delivery, and consent records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and compliance obligations, including obligations to preserve consent evidence. We keep usage logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. We may keep aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you or any consumer.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the security of any destination you connect.
You can review and update your account and delivery settings in the portal or by contacting prestonpackardffl@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict certain processing, and to appeal a decision, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Send requests to prestonpackardffl@gmail.com; we may need to verify your identity and may retain information we are required or permitted to keep. If a consumer asks you to exercise rights over Lead data, you are responsible for responding, and we will assist to the extent required by Section 9 of the Agent Lead Agreement.
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact prestonpackardffl@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change, and we will give additional notice of material changes through the portal or by email. Changes are subject to the Agent Lead Agreement, including its requirements for notice and acceptance of material changes. This Policy does not amend or override the Agent Lead Agreement.

Google Calendar connection notice · Version 2026-09-17.1
Google API Services Data
Data Ladder Financial Accesses
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Ladder Financial requests access only to the Google data needed to provide the calendar features you enable:
How Ladder Financial Uses Google Data
Ladder Financial uses Google data only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar connection you request. This includes showing which Google account is connected, calculating available appointment times, mirroring Ladder Financial appointments to Google Calendar, and synchronizing user-initiated reschedules or cancellations back to Ladder Financial. Ladder Financial does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, credit decisions, data brokerage, or training generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage, Security, and Retention
Ladder Financial stores your Google Account email address, encrypted OAuth tokens, calendar synchronization cursors and channel metadata, and the identifiers and timestamps needed to maintain Ladder Financial-managed appointment events. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and access is limited to systems and personnel who need it to operate or secure the feature. Ladder Financial processes free/busy intervals and calendar synchronization responses but does not persist the titles, descriptions, attendees, or contents of unrelated Google Calendar events. When you disconnect Google Calendar, Ladder Financial revokes access where Google permits and deletes the stored OAuth connection and tokens. Appointment and account records otherwise follow the retention terms in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing and Human Access
Ladder Financial does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Ladder Financial may transfer Google user data to service providers only as necessary to provide or secure the user-facing calendar feature, with your consent, and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Ladder Financial personnel do not read Google user data unless you affirmatively authorize access to specific data, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified for lawful internal operations.
Your Control
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and requires your explicit Google authorization. You can disconnect the integration in Ladder Financial's Calendar settings or revoke Ladder Financial from your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting stops future access and synchronization; Google Calendar events already created in your account remain under your control.
Google Limited Use
Ladder Financial's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
